Frequently asked questions.

  • All appointments are conducted virtually over a secure video chat.

  • I am an Out of Network provider (OON). Please check with your insurance provider if you have OON mental health coverage and what the deductible is. I provide a Superbill once a month with all the sessions listed for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Your initial intake session is 60 minutes so that I can get an overall history, background, and idea of your goals for treatment. After that sessions are 45 minutes each. Weekly is recommended for sessions initially before tapering off.

  • I currently have openings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  • I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where we can discuss what you are looking for. I continue to check in throughout sessions to make sure that we are working towards your goals.
